Maintenance
We work hard to prepare properly for each new move in. Our team ensures your apartment is move in ready by following a 14 point checklist that includes inspecting, painting and having your apartment professionally cleaned.
We have onsite maintenance and emergency 24/7 on call maintenance service for your convenience.
You can use our resident app to enter a service request, place a request via your resident portal or call our leasing office directly if any item in your home needs repair.
You do not need to be present for a servie technician to complete work in your apartment home, however, you will need to secure any pets for work to be completed.
If you are locked out of your home after hours, you can call our leasing office and select the option for emergency maintenance service. During business hours, you can visit or call the office. In both cases, valid photo identification is required.
Amenities
We offer garage parking for all residents and their guests free of charge.
Our community offers a host of amenities including a Self- Service Pet Wash, 24/7 Package Lockers, Free Printing, Zen Courtyard, Pool and Sundeck, Fitness Center, Business Center, Resident Lounge, Smart Locks with Virtual Keys and Exclusive Discounts to local retailers.
We are a pet friendly apartment community and accept both dogs and cats. Current veterinarian records are required. All dogs are required to have a completed temperament form in addition to veterinary records. Breed and weight restrictions apply.
The swimming pool at our community is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day each summer.
All homes are fully equipped with appliances including stove, microwave, icemaker, refrigerator, washer, and dryer.
We work with partners for furniture rentals as needed.
Admin
We use a third-party company for applicant screening. In most cases results are returned within 24 hours, however at times the process can take up to three (3) days.
Residents can pay rent online via the resident portal using a variety of options including Debit, Credit and ACH Payments. Payments can also be made via mail.
Renters insurance is a requirement of each leaseholder in the amount of $300,000 coverage for liability.
There are several options for internet and cable providers. You can choose the provider that works best for you. Please inquire about satellite dishes prior to initiating service.
We require 30 calendar days' notice for early lease termination and a fee equivalent to two months of rent.
Utilities can be set up online with local providers. You will need to set up you BGE Account prior to receiving keys to your apartment.

We are located in a transit oriented development and the Metro Subway Station is within our community and walkable.

When visiting our community come directly to our leasing office located at 10500 Grand Central Avenue, Owings Mills MD 21117. We are a central leasing office and manage The Willard, The Met and Metro Crossing Apartments from one location.
For Future Residents
Applicants can apply online or in our leasing office in our business center.
If an applicant is not ready to apply at this time, we do offer an option for waitlist.
If you are a first-time renter, our team is happy to walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have related to choosing your new apartment home.
We utilize a third party screening provider during the application process where we consider credit, debt-to-income ratio, rental history, and check writing history in addition to a criminal and civil background screening.
Our office is open 7 days a week to offer apartment tours at no costs and to serve residents. We are closed on most major holidays.
If you are interested in a furnished apartment, please let a member of our team know and we will connect you with a furniture rental partner. Our apartment homes are unfurnished, however, we work with partners who can ensure your furniture arrives by move in day.
We offer a resident referral program and pay $250 to any resident who refers a new move in to our community. The resident is paid after the new resident moves in and the residents' rent is current.
Appointments, although not required, are highly recommended to ensure that we set aside time to answer questions and ensure all your needs are met during your visit.
Lease term options vary throughout the year and typically range from 10-14 month lease terms. Residents can always choose the option to renew at the end of a lease term. Rent can be paid up to 3 months in advance.
Our renters insurance policy requires $300,000 in coverage for liability and $5,000 of medical coverage.
We are in the leasing office 7 days a week for our residents and are also available via phone and email as well as our resident app.
Our buildings are mid-rise apartment buildings and with apartment living it is possible that you may hear your neighbors, however, we provide a comfortable living environment and are available should you have any concerns regarding the noise level.
We offer two free garages as options for parking onsite. Parking is free for residents and their guests 24/7.
All of our apartment homes offer full -size washer and dryer for your convenience.
The community is located within walking distance of several boutique shops as well as popular retailers, restaurants, bars, library and hotel.
We residents to enjoy their apartments and they are more than welcome to decorate the home so long as the apartment is returned to its original condition as it was on the day of move in.
In the case of a maintenance issue, residents can contact our leasing office to request service or they can also enter service request online. Our residents can also use the Rent Café Resident mobile app to enter a service request.
Our lease agreement prohibits subletting and does not allow residents to list apartments on Airbnb.
We are a pet friendly community and require a pet deposit and monthly pet rent for furry family members.
In the event that rent is not paid, all leaseholders and Guarantors are financially and legally responsible.
Residents are responsible for monthly rent and utilities at our community.
Future residents are required to pay the security deposit at the time of lease signing while prorated rent. If the new resident's move in date is after the 25th of any month, the resident must also pay the full amount of the first month's rent in advance prior to receiving keys to the apartment home.
For Current Residents
When a resident chooses to break the lease, the resident is required to give one month calendar notice and must pay a fee equivalent to two months rent. If the resident received any rental discounts, the discounted amount must paid in addition to the two months rent at the time of signing the Early Termination Agreement. The payment must be presented in certified funds.
Residents can pay rent online using payment methods such as check, debit card, or credit card. There are fees associated with credit card and debit card payments. Rent can only be paid online from the 1st of the month through the 10th of the month. The online portal is closed from the 11th through month end.
If a resident transfers from one apartment to another, a security deposit will need to be paid for the new unit. The previous security will be returned, less any damages after the move out inspection has been completed for the orginal apartment.
Residents can assign their apartment to a new leaseholder if they choose to vacate prior to the lease term ending. The new leaseholder must complete the applicant screening process and the security deposit will remain with the unit. Residents are not permitted to sublet their apartment.
